Testing Plan

Semiannual Non-OBD Testing Plan

Eligible fleet customers can spread the annual service cost into monthly installments under a twelve-month service agreement instead of paying a full invoice at each visit.

The plan covers two scheduled non-OBD testing visits during the term. Monthly payments are installments toward the annual contract amount.

Eligibility conditions

— Available only for vehicles assigned two non-OBD opacity and visual-inspection deadlines during the contract term
— Customer must provide the test type and due dates shown in CTC-VIS
— Visits must be scheduled within the applicable compliance window
— The contract does not guarantee that every vehicle will pass
— The contract does not guarantee complete regulatory compliance
— Government compliance fees are not included
— Repairs and retests are not included unless a written agreement says otherwise
— The customer remains responsible for registration, fees and vehicle information in CTC-VIS

Vehicles subject to semiannual testing generally demonstrate compliance every six months. Qualifying agricultural vehicles and certain California-registered motorhomes may have annual testing requirements. Always use the test type and due date shown in CTC-VIS.
