Fleet Smoke Testing Starts at $150 Per Vehicle

Schedule three or more vehicles at one location to receive fleet pricing. Larger fleets receive additional volume discounts.

There is no separate dispatch fee for smoke-opacity testing, and no minimum appointment price beyond the per-vehicle pricing shown.

Vehicles subject to semiannual testing generally demonstrate compliance every six months. Qualifying agricultural vehicles and certain California-registered motorhomes may have annual testing requirements. Always use the test type and due date shown in CTC-VIS.

Eligibility conditions

  • — Available for fleets enrolling three or more vehicles, whether they require OBD testing, smoke-opacity testing, or a combination of both
  • — Two scheduled testing rounds are included only when the enrolled vehicles are assigned two applicable testing deadlines during the contract term
  • — Customer must provide the test type and due dates shown in CTC-VIS
  • — Visits must be scheduled within the applicable compliance window
  • — The contract does not guarantee that every vehicle will pass
  • — The contract does not guarantee complete regulatory compliance
  • — Government compliance fees are not included
  • — Repairs and retests are not included unless a written agreement says otherwise
