Privacy Policy

How we handle the contact, vehicle, and location information you submit through this website.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you submit through our scheduling, fleet quote, and service-area forms. This typically includes your name, company name, phone number, email address, testing location, vehicle information such as VIN and license plate, appointment preferences, and any documents you upload.

Our website may also collect basic, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed, to help us understand how the site is used.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to your request, confirm scheduling and pricing, perform and document testing, maintain your testing records, and — where you opt in — send reminders before your next testing period.

Where electronic submission of completed passing results applies to a vehicle and program, the required information is submitted as part of that process.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share information only as needed to provide the service, such as with service providers that host our website, store our records, or deliver our email, and where required by law.

File Uploads

Documents you upload, such as registrations and compliance notices, are stored in a private location and are accessible only to authorized personnel. Please do not upload documents containing information unrelated to testing.

Data Retention

We retain testing records and related information for as long as needed to serve your account, maintain accurate records, and meet applicable recordkeeping expectations.

Your Choices

You may opt out of reminder emails at any time by contacting us. You may also request that we correct or remove your contact information, subject to any records we are required to keep.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version.
